WHY IT TAKES A STARTUP TO ACHIEVE SOMETHING IN 2-3 YEARS and NOT IMMEDIATELY?
Ans. It depends on various factors.
1. Why it happens: Its a process, takes time. Just like you joined the company as an intern and it took time for you to grow in terms of knowledge & professionalism. You cannot out-beat it.
2. What could be done to avoid that: Process will take its time and yes business can generate its revenue but not from the first day, however if your product is ready in time and you got good leads/customers, money will start flowing in. "Sooner the Better"
I'd like to add a little, but important:
(a). Vision, Passion, Channelized energy, Patience, Politeness, Aggressiveness is what is desired in a FOUNDER.
(B). Self-fund your business as much as possible
(C). Branding is Very Very important
(D). Co-founder is NOT always required when you have the potential & effectively taking care of the things.
(E). Learn from other people mistakes rather than doing the same mistakes yourself & learning through it.
(F). You must know What NOT to do in business rather than what To do in business.
(G). Last but Not least, Business is all about the interaction with the people and not about the machines. Don't forget.
